Determination of Aflatoxin B1 in Sesame Paste by HPLC-Post-Column Photochemical Derivatization
A method for the determination of aflatoxins B1 in tahini paste by HPLC-post column photochemical derivation-fluorescence detector was developed.The results showed that aflatoxins B1 had a good linear relationship between 0.077 4 ng·mL-1 and 1.934 5 ng·mL-1,the linear coefficient was 0.999 9,the standard recovery was 100.81%~105.46%,relative standard deviation was 0.48%,and the limit of quantition was 0.029 μg·kg-1.The detection limit was 0.01 μg·kg-1.The pretreatment process of this method is simple and convenient,the result is accurate,and it can be used for batch rapid detection of aflatoxin B1 in tahini paste.
