摘要

本文建立了HPLC-柱后光化学衍生-荧光检测器测定芝麻酱中黄曲霉毒素B1 的方法.结果表明,黄曲霉毒素B1 在 0.077 4~1.934 5 ng·mL-1 线性关系良好,线性系数为 0.999 9,加标回收率为100.81%~105.46%,相对标准偏差为 0.48%,定量限为0.029 μg·kg-1,检出限为0.01 μg·kg-1.该方法的前处理过程简单方便,结果准确,可用于芝麻酱中黄曲霉毒素B1 的批量快速检测.

Abstract

A method for the determination of aflatoxins B1 in tahini paste by HPLC-post column photochemical derivation-fluorescence detector was developed.The results showed that aflatoxins B1 had a good linear relationship between 0.077 4 ng·mL-1 and 1.934 5 ng·mL-1,the linear coefficient was 0.999 9,the standard recovery was 100.81%~105.46%,relative standard deviation was 0.48%,and the limit of quantition was 0.029 μg·kg-1.The detection limit was 0.01 μg·kg-1.The pretreatment process of this method is simple and convenient,the result is accurate,and it can be used for batch rapid detection of aflatoxin B1 in tahini paste.
