Volleyball is a fun,intense confrontation,not easy to be injured across the net against the ball game,requires athletes to have excellent skills and tactics,but also have good physical function,reasonable nutrition and dietary supplement to improve the athletes'sports performance is particularly important.This article analyzes the energy consumption characteristics and dietary nutritional needs of volleyball players,and puts forward dietary supplement recommendations to provide reference for volleyball players to improve sports performance,quickly recover physical fitness,and reduce the risk of sports injuries.
