Research on the Customized Service of Dishes in the Central Kitchen of the University Town Based on User Needs
The central kitchen of the university city is a new trend in the development of university canteens,but there are still shortcomings in providing customized services for dishes,such as lack of standardized processes,low efficiency of raw material supply chain,and insufficient chef skill training.The article analyzes the pain points of customized dish services,proposes a series of innovative measures such as building a refined customization demand management system,optimizing the coordination and traceability mechanism of the raw material supply chain,and implementing a customized dish skill level certification system.The aim is to use information technology and intelligent technology to improve the response speed of customized needs,enrich dish diversity,ensure the quality of customized dishes,provide higher quality and personalized catering services for teachers and students in the university city,and promote the transformation,upgrading,and sustainable development of the central kitchen.
