With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,food safety issues have aroused widespread concern in the whole society.As one of the important means to protect public health,food safety supervision is facing severe challenges.Traditional food testing methods have problems such as low efficiency,high cost,and cumbersome operation,which are difficult to meet the urgent needs of food safety supervision at the grassroots level.In recent years,with the continuous development of biotechnology,chemical analysis and other fields,rapid detection technology has gradually become an important means of grassroots food safety supervision.This paper analyzes the application value of rapid detection technology in grassroots food safety supervision,summarizes the commonly used rapid detection technology,and proposes its application strategy in grassroots food safety supervision,in order to provide scientific guidance for food safety supervision and promote the continuous improvement of food safety supervision at the grassroots level.
