摘要

许多农业种植户为了增加产量,违规添加农药,导致农产品中农药残留严重,而食品中的农药残留会通过食物链进入人体,对人体健康产生直接的影响,因此急需对其进行检测分析.食品中基质复杂且不同农药的理化性质存在一定的差异,因此需要选择合适的检测方法.鉴于此,本文综述了食品中农药残留的主要检测方法,旨在为检测食品中的农药残留提供更精准、更快捷、更高效的分析方法,为食品安全保驾护航.

Abstract

Many agricultural growers illegally add pesticides in order to increase production,resulting in serious pesticide residues in agricultural products.Pesticide residues in food can enter the human body through the food chain and have a direct impact on human health.Therefore,it is urgent to detect and analyze them.The matrix in food is complex and there are certain differences in the physicochemical properties of different pesticides,so it is necessary to choose appropriate detection methods.In view of this,this article reviews the main detection methods for pesticide residues in food,aiming to provide more accurate,faster,and efficient analytical methods for detecting pesticide residues in food,and to safeguard food safety.
