Main Applications of NIRS Analysis in Food Detection
In this paper,the differentiation of infrared spectroscopy,the development of NIR spectroscopy and the principle of NIR spectroscopy are described,and the specific application of NIR spectroscopy in food inspection is discussed in order to bring some enlightenment to relevant practitioners.
