The quantum dot labeled immunoassay technology has good stability and unique fluorescence properties,which has good application value in food safety detection.In this paper,the application of quantum dot labeled immunoassay technology in the detection of food hazardous substances is analyzed,and the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed,in order to provide new ideas and directions for food safety detection.
