Analysis of Hazardous Substances in Plastic Food Contact Materials
Food safety is closely related to the safety of food contact materials.As a commonly used food contact material,the safety of plastic food contact materials has received extensive attention.This paper discusses the properties and hazards of harmful substances that may exist in plastic food contact materials,such as plasticizers,antioxidants,residual monomers and oligomers,and other additives,in order to provide reference for the safety supervision of plastic food contact materials.
