Analysis of Food Supervision and Sampling and Food Risk Prevention and Control Suggestions in 2023
In order to understand the food safety situation of Qingdao West Coast New Area,find out the food risk problems in time,and provide scientific basis for food risk assessment,risk early warning and food safety supervision,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the sampling data of food supervision in Qingdao West Coast New Area in 2023.In 2023,a total of 5 653 batches of food were sampled in Qingdao West Coast New Area,5 454 batches were qualified,the qualified rate was 96.48%,199 batches were unqualified,and the unqualified rate was 3.52%.The unqualified products were mainly concentrated in edible agricultural products and catering food.The unqualified items were mainly concentrated in pesticide residues,excessive pollutants,excessive microorganisms and excessive food additives.It is suggested to promote the improvement of food safety supervision efficiency from the aspects of strict market access,strengthening the main responsibility,scientific deployment of sampling inspection and strengthening the verification and disposal,so as to fully protect people's"safety on the tip of the tongue".
