Food safety is an important issue in the field of global public health,affecting the daily lives and health of hundreds of millions of consumers.This paper discusses the common problems and countermeasures of sampling inspection in food safety supervision,aiming to improve the efficiency and effect of food safety supervision,so as to provide security for public health and food market safety and stability.
