With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,food safety issues have increasingly become the focus of public attention.Comprehensively improving the efficiency of quality supervision and promoting the efficient and healthy development of food safety are important measures to ensure the life and health of the people.Through in-depth analysis of strengthening the legal and regulatory system for food safety,innovating regulatory models and technologies,and building a collaborative and shared food safety environment,this paper explores strategies to enhance the efficiency of food safety supervision in China.Strengthening the enforcement of laws and regulations,promoting intelligent supervision,strengthening risk management and evaluation,promoting cross departmental collaboration and information sharing,enhancing corporate responsibility,enhancing public participation,and optimizing food safety education are key to ensuring food safety and maintaining public health.
