Analysis of Food Safety Sampling in Hunan Province from 2020 to 2022
Statistical analysis of food safety supervision and sampling data in Hunan province from 2020 to 2022,analyzed the main unqualified items and types in supervision and sampling work from different dimensions,and identified the dominating food safety risks.The results showed that the Hunan Market Supervision Administration announced food safety sampling 72 765 batches with the overall qualification rate of 97.7%.The qualification rate of sampling increased steadily year after year,and the food safety situation is generally good.The food safety situation are generally improving for the qualification rate was enhanced every years.The safety risk of 9 types of food such as beverages,alcohol,frozen drinks,fried food and nut products,starch and starch products,bee products,pastries,fruit products,edible agricultural products is remarkable,and further supervision needs to be strengthened.There have a great difference in the frequency of food sampling among cities in Hunan province,and the total sampling batches in Xiangxi,Zhangjiajie,Hengyang and Yongzhou are relatively less.The average qualification rate of Xiangxi and Zhangjiajie in the past 3 years was lower than 95.00%.This two cities need to focus on food safety risk points such as microbial pollution,heavy metal pollution,agricultural and veterinary drug residues,and the excessive use of decontamination agents and food additives.
