果汁饮品中微生物污染问题日益受到关注.本文阐述果汁饮品中常见微生物污染类型,分析果汁饮品中微生物污染防治存在的问题,并针对性提出果汁饮品中微生物污染防治对策,旨在为果汁饮品企业提升微生物控制水平、保障产品质量安全提供理论指导和实践参考.
Abstract
The problem of microbial contamination in fruit juice drinks has attracted more and more attention.This paper describes the common types of microbial pollution in juice drinks,analyzes the problems in the prevention and control of microbial pollution in juice drinks,and puts forward specific countermeasures,aiming at providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for juice drink enterprises to improve the level of microbial control and ensure product quality and safety.
