Rapid Screening and Determination of 56 Antibiotics in Drinking Water by Solid-Phase Extraction Combined with UPLC-MS/MS
Objective:To develop a method for determination of 56 antibiotics in drinking water by solid-phase extraction and UPLC-MS/MS.Method:Drinking water is connected to the solid phase extraction column for purification through a large-capacity sampling tube, target object were separated on C18 with gradient elution using acetonitrile-0.10%formic acid as mobile phase and detected by MS/MS using positive electrospray ionization under the multiple reaction monitoring.Result:The minimum detection of 56 antibiotics was 0.1~2.0 µg·L-1.The correlation coefficients in its linear range are over 0.995.The recovery rates of the 3 concentration levels were 63.3%~113.0%with the relative standard deviations of 3.1%~8.3%.Conclusion:The method has simple and rapid pretreatment, and is suitable for rapid screening and quantitative detection of multiple antibiotics in drinking water.
