Analysis of Quality and Safety Risk Factors and Solutions of Local Glutinous Rice Baijiu
Tiantai county is located in the mountainous area of Zhejiang province,and the local glutinous rice Baijiu industry is one of the main characteristic industries in Tiantai county.This paper investigates and analyzes the risk factors affecting the quality and safety of Baijiu,and proposes improvement measures,with a view to promoting the transformation and upgrading of small workshops of the local glutinous rice Baijiu in Tiantai county,standardizing production,and guaranteeing food quality and safety.
