Objective:To understand the microbiological testing of drinking water in rural areas of Yanggu county during dry and wet seasons.Method:Microbial testing was conducted on drinking water in rural areas of Yanggu county during the wet and dry seasons according to the GB/T 5750.12-2023.Microbial contamination was evaluated according to the GB 5749-2022.Result:Among 72 samples of domestic drinking water, the qualified rate of microbial detection was 88.89%,the exceeding rate was 11.11%,the qualified rate of coliform group was 91.67%,the exceeding rate was 8.33%,the qualified rate of total bacterial count was 94.44%,and the exceeding rate was 5.56%;the qualified rate of microbial detection during the wet season is 94.44%,while the qualified rate of microbial detection during the dry season is 86.11%.There is no statistically significant difference in the qualified rates of microbial detection during the wet and dry seasons(P>0.05);the qualified rate of microbiological testing in factory water is 91.67%,and the qualified rate of microbiological testing in peripheral water is 87.50%.There is no statistically significant difference in the qualified rates of microbiological testing between factory water and peripheral water(P>0.05).Conclusion:Although the overall microbial safety of drinking water in rural areas of Yanggu county is good,it is still necessary to pay attention to the situation of microbial detection exceeding the standard, and carry out targeted risk assessment and management.
