Simultaneous Determination of Dichloroacetic Acid and Trichloroacetic Acid in Drinking Water by Ion Chromatography
In the simultaneous determination of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water by ion chromatography, simultaneous addition of sodium carbonate and acetonitrile in the hydroxide system can effectively improve the separation degree, and effective separation can be achieved without gradient elution. The results showed that dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 0~200.0 μg·L-1,and the correlation coefficients were above 0.999.The detection limits of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid were 0.8 μg·L-1 and 1.0 μg·L-1,respectively.The relative standard deviations were less than 4%,and the recoveries were 94.0%~100.7%.
