高效液相色谱法测定饮用水源中阿特拉津

本文建立了测定饮用水源中阿特拉津含量的高效液相色谱法.实验使用Eclipse XDB-C18 色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),检测波长为 225 nm,柱温为25℃,以水∶甲醇=30∶70(体积比)为流动相,进样量 10 μL,流速0.8 mL·min-1,等度洗脱,结合固相萃取对饮用水中阿特拉津含量进行测定.结果表明,该方法灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于水体中阿特拉津的测定.
Determination of Atrazine in Drinking Water Source by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
This article establishes a high-performance liquid chromatography method for determining the content of atrazine in drinking water sources.The experiment used Eclipse XDB-C18 chromatography column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the detection wavelength is 225 nm,the column temperature is 25℃,and the mobile phase is water∶methanol=30∶70(volume ratio),the injection amount is 10 μL,flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1,isocratic elution,combined with solid-phase extraction to determine the content of atrazine in drinking water.The results indicate that the method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility,and is suitable for the determination of atrazine in water.
