通过优化实验程序,建立了微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定姜咸菜中的铅含量的方法.结果表明,该方法的线性相关系数为 0.999 9,检出限为 0.007 mg·kg-1,加标回收率为 92.7%~100.6%,相对标准偏差为 0.1%~1.3%.方法方便快捷,准确度好,精密度高,适用于姜咸菜中铅含量的测定.
Determination of Lead Content in Laiwu Ginger Pickles by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
By optimizing the experimental procedure,a method for the determination of lead content in ginger pickles by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of this method was 0.999 9,the detection limit was 0.007 mg·kg-1,the recovery rate was 92.7%~100.6%,and the relative standard deviation range was 0.1%~1.3%.The optimized method is convenient and fast,with good accuracy and high precision,and is suitable for the determination of lead content in ginger pickles.
