摘要

本文依据《食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中 208 种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 气相色谱-质谱联用法》(GB 23200.113-2018)中的方法,以杀螟硫磷D6 作为内标物,对蔬菜中的杀螟硫磷残留量进行了检测,对测定过程中所产生的不确定度进行评估.结果表明,蔬菜中杀螟硫磷的含量为0.303 mg·kg-1,其扩展不确定度为 0.017 mg·kg-1(k=2).影响测量结果不确定度的主要因素为标准溶液的稀释配制、样品测量重复性以及标准曲线拟合.

Abstract

According to the method of GB 23200.113-2018,the residual amount of methanophos in vegetables was detected by using methanophos D6 as the internal standard,and the uncertainty caused by the determination process was evaluated.The results showed that the content of thiophos in vegetables was 0.303 mg·kg-1,and its extended uncertainty was 0.017 mg·kg-1(k=2).The main factors affecting the uncertainty of measurement results are the dilution preparation of standard solution,the repeatability of sample measurement and the fitting of standard curve.
