富硒平菇和富硒壶瓶碎米荠对小鼠器官组织硒分布及机体抗氧化、免疫功能和衰老指征的影响

本文分析了饲喂富硒平菇和富硒壶瓶碎米荠小鼠的组织硒积累量、有机硒利用率及其对生物学作用的影响.结果表明,富硒平菇和富硒壶瓶碎米荠都是良好的补硒食品,但摄入相同有机硒的水平下,富硒平菇的组织硒积累量更高,这归因于其更高的有机硒利用率(97.46%).抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT、GPx和POD)、免疫功能因子(IgA、TNF-α和IL-6)及机体衰老特征因子(LPO、MDA和PCOs)的测定结果表明,两种硒源都有不错的生物学功效,但富硒平菇因其更高的有机硒利用率而表现出更强的抗氧化、免疫调节和抗衰老功能.
The Effects of Different Selenium Sources on Selenium Distribution,Antioxidant and Immune Function in Mouse Tissues
This article analyzes the tissue selenium accumulation,organic selenium utilization rate,and their impact on biological effects in mice fed with selenium rich shiitake mushrooms and selenium rich bottle crushed rice purse.The experimental results showed that both selenium rich shiitake mushrooms and selenium rich pot bottle crushed rice purse were good selenium supplement foods,but under the same level of organic selenium intake,the tissue selenium accumulation of selenium rich shiitake mushrooms was higher,which is attributed to their higher organic selenium utilization rate(97.46%).The measurement results of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,CAT,GPx,and POD),immune function factors(IgA,TNF-α,and IL-6),and body aging characteristic factors(LPO,MDA,and PCOs)indicate that both selenium sources have good biological effects,but selenium rich shiitake mushrooms exhibit stronger antioxidant,immune regulatory,and anti-aging functions due to their higher organic selenium utilization rate.
