摘要
本文全面介绍了食品安全问题的重要性以及常规食品检测技术和快速检测技术的应用.常规食品检测技术包括化学分析法、仪器分析法和微生物检测法,而快速检测技术包括聚合酶链式反应技术、免疫学检测技术、生物传感技术和基于成像的检测技术.此外,针对快速检测技术常见的问题,本文提出了相应的解决方案,为食品安全监测提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
This article comprehensively explores the importance of food safety and the applications of conventional and rapid detection technologies.Conventional food testing methods encompass chemical analysis,instrumental analysis,and microbial detection,while rapid detection technologies include polymerase chain reaction,immunoassays,biosensors,and imaging-based techniques.Furthermore,solutions to common challenges associated with rapid detection technologies are proposed,offering valuable insights for food safety monitoring.
