Research Progress of RPA Amplification Technique in Detection of Staphylococcus aureus
Staphylococcus aureus can parasite or contaminate food inside and outside the human body, resulting in a series of symptoms such as skin ulceration, decreased immunity and food poisoning, posing a hazard to human health.Recombinase polymerase amplification technology has the characteristics of low reaction temperature, fast reaction rate and high specificity, and can detect Staphylococcus aureus more accurately, efficiently and quickly without the need of precision instruments. Therefore, this paper mainly reviewed the current situation of RPA amplification technology in Staphylococcus aureus detection at home and abroad, the reaction mechanism of recombinase polymerase amplification, primer design methods and other contents, discussed the significance and existing problems, and looked forward to the future development prospects of this field, aiming to provide feasible solutions for public health and food safety.
