Application of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in Detection of Veterinary Drug Residues in Aquatic Products
Aquatic products are one of the common foods in people's daily life.In order to treat various diseases of fish and shrimp, breeders usually use a large number of veterinary drugs in aquatic products. Some of these veterinary drugs will be excreted with aquatic products, and the other part will remain in aquatic products for a long time.Long-term intake of aquatic products with excessive veterinary drug residues will have a great impact on human health. At present, there are many methods for the detection of veterinary drug residues in aquatic products.liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)has become one of the main methods for the detection of veterinary drug residues in aquatic products due to its advantages of short detection time, high sensitivity and low detection cost. Therefore, this paper explores the application of LC-MS in the detection of veterinary drug residues in aquatic products, analyzes the characteristics of LC-MS,and explores its application in the detection of veterinary drugs such as nitrofurans and quinolones,in order to provide a reference for the detection of veterinary drugs in aquatic products.
