摘要

随着科技的不断发展,新兴技术在食品检验检测领域的应用日益广泛,人工智能、基因编辑以及光谱技术等为食品检验检测带来了革命性的发展.基因编辑技术可以对食品中的特定基因进行精准定位,实现对食品的快速、准确检测;波谱或光谱技术可以快速获取样品中的化学信息和物理信息,为食品安全风险评估提供有力支持;生物传感器技术具有较高的灵敏度,能够对食品中的有害物质进行快速检测.这些新型技术的应用,不仅提高了食品检验检测的效率和准确性,还能有效提升食品安全监管的水平.本文论述新兴技术在食品检验检测中的应用,以期为保障人们的饮食安全做出贡献.

Abstract

With the continuous development of technology,the application of emerging technologies in the field of food inspection and testing is becoming increasingly widespread.Artificial intelligence,gene editing,and spectral technology have brought revolutionary development to food inspection and testing.Gene editing technology can accurately locate specific genes in food,achieving rapid and accurate detection of food;spectral or spectroscopic techniques can quickly obtain chemical and physical information from samples,providing strong support for food safety risk assessment;biosensor technology has high sensitivity and can quickly detect harmful substances in food.The application of these new technologies not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of food inspection and testing,but also effectively enhances the level of food safety supervision.This article discusses the application of emerging technologies in food inspection and testing,in order to contribute to ensuring people's dietary safety.
