摘要
随着现代社会生活水平的不断提高,食品安全与质量问题备受瞩目.食品安全与质量关系到公众的生命健康与消费体验,是社会和谐稳定发展的重要保障.食品检验检测标准及相关法规是落实食品检验检测工作的重要依据,也是进一步维护食品安全与质量的重要手段.本文重点阐述了食品检验检测标准与法规相关内容,分析了食品检验检测标准与法规的应用问题,针对性提出了进一步推动食品检验检测标准与法规发展、落实的有效策略.
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of living standards in modern society,food safety and quality problems are attracting much attention.Food quality and safety is related to people's life,health and consumption experience,and is an important factor for the harmonious and stable development of our society.Food inspection and testing standards,related regulations,is to implement the food inspection and testing work is an important basis for further maintenance of food safety and quality assurance.This paper briefly expounds the related contents of food inspection standards and regulations,and analyzes the application problems of food inspection standards and regulations,the effective strategies to further promote the development and implementation of food inspection standards and regulations were put forward.
