Abstract
This paper describes the development status of artificial intelligence technology,the importance and challenges of food safety supervision,as well as the application prospect of artificial intelligence in food safety supervision,analyzes the technological innovation and management innovation of artificial intelligence in food safety intelligent supervision,aiming to improve the efficiency and accuracy of food safety supervision and ensure food quality and consumer health.
