摘要

随着健康饮食观念深入人心,肉制品作为人们主要营养物质来源的食品,其质量安全的重要性不言而喻.本文通过阐述现阶段我国肉制品存在的质量安全问题,深入分析肉制品产生质量安全问题的主要原因,并提出相关解决对策,以期为提升肉制品质量安全提供参考.

Abstract

With the concept of healthy diet deeply rooted in people's hearts,meat products as the main source of nutrients for human food,its quality and safety importance is self-evident.This paper expounds the existing quality and safety problems of meat products in China at the present stage,deeply analyzes the main reasons for the quality and safety problems of meat products,and puts forward relevant solutions,in order to provide reference for improving the quality and safety of meat products.
