摘要

目的:分析莒南县食源性疾病的发病及流行趋势,为预防食源性疾病提供依据.方法:对莒南县 2019-2023 年的 13 007 例食源性疾病病例信息进行流行病学分析.结果:食源性疾病病例暴露食品种类构成比前 3 位为水果类及其制品(包括果脯和蜜饯)、粮食类及其制品、肉与肉制品.散装(包括简易包装)和家庭自制是食源性疾病主要加工及包装形式.7 月食源性疾病病例数最多.结论:相关人员应加强夏秋季以水果类及其制品、散装(包括简易包装)和家庭自制等暴露因素为主的食源性疾病防控.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the incidence and epidemic trends of foodborne diseases in Junan county and provide a basis for their prevention.Method:An epidemiological analysis was conducted on 13 007 cases of foodborne diseases in Junan county from 2019 to 2023.Result:The top three categories of food exposure among the cases were fruits and their products(including dried fruits and preserved fruits),grains and their products,and meat and meat products.Bulk(including simply packaged)and homemade food were the main forms of food processing and packaging associated with the cases.The highest number of foodborne disease cases occurred in July.Conclusion:Preventive measures should be strengthened in the summer and autumn seasons,focusing on fruits and their products,bulk(including simply packaged)food,and homemade food as the main exposure factors for foodborne diseases.
