Epidemiological Analysis of Foodborne Diseases in Junan County from 2019 to 2023
Objective:To analyze the incidence and epidemic trends of foodborne diseases in Junan county and provide a basis for their prevention.Method:An epidemiological analysis was conducted on 13 007 cases of foodborne diseases in Junan county from 2019 to 2023.Result:The top three categories of food exposure among the cases were fruits and their products(including dried fruits and preserved fruits),grains and their products,and meat and meat products.Bulk(including simply packaged)and homemade food were the main forms of food processing and packaging associated with the cases.The highest number of foodborne disease cases occurred in July.Conclusion:Preventive measures should be strengthened in the summer and autumn seasons,focusing on fruits and their products,bulk(including simply packaged)food,and homemade food as the main exposure factors for foodborne diseases.
