摘要
随着工业化和城市化的快速发展,农产品中重金属污染问题日益严重,对人类健康和生态环境构成严重威胁.本文简要探讨农产品中重金属污染快速筛查与质量控制的重要性,分析农产品中重金属污染的现状,识别存在的问题,并提出相应的优化策略.
Abstract
With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the problem of heavy metal pollution in agricultural products is becoming increasingly serious,posing a serious threat to human health and the ecological environment.This brief ly discusses the importance of rapid screening and quality control of heavy metal pollution in agricultural products,analyzes the current situation of heavy metal pollution in agricultural products,identifies existing problems,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies.
