摘要
为了监控日常稻谷镉检测过程是否存在异常情况,通过收集日常稻谷检测过程中大米粉质控样中镉的检测结果,绘制了大米粉质控样中镉不确定度质量控制图和大米粉质控样中镉标准偏差质量控制图.利用质量控制图对检测数据进行分析,及时发现检测过程中可能存在的风险,为今后在稻谷镉检测质量控制中提供参考.
Abstract
In order to monitor whether there is any abnormality in the daily detection of cadmium in rice,the quality control charts of cadmium uncertainty and cadmium standard deviation in rice quality control samples were drawn by collecting the detection results of cadmium in rice quality control samples during the daily detection of rice.The quality control chart was used to analyze the detection data,and the possible risks in the detection process were found in time,which provided reference for the quality control of cadmium detection in rice in the future.
