Comparison of Phenol-sulfuric Acid Method and Anthrone Sulfate Method for Determining the Content of Ganoderma lucidum Polysaccharides in Ganoderma lucidum Spore
The content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide in Ganoderma lucidum spore was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and anthrone sulfate method respectively. The results showed that both methods could accurately determine the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, and the results were basically consistent. The relative standard deviation of phenol-sulfuric acid method was 1.80%,and the recoveries were 92.4%~97.8%.The relative standard deviation of anthranone sulfate method was 2.48%,and the recoveries were 90.8%~97.2%.The determination of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide by phenol-sulfuric acid method has better stability, but the overall time is longer, the instrument cost is high, and the generality and efficiency are inferior to anthrone sulfate method.
