Study on Nutritional Supplementation Strategies for Long-Distance Runners
Based on the characteristics of long-distance running,this article analyzes the nutritional supplement misunderstandings of long-distance runners,such as over-reliance on a single nutrient,neglect of individual difference demand assessment,and wrong replenishment timing,and proposes targeted strategies such as ensuring balanced nutrient intake,customizing and implementing personalized nutritional supplement plans,and accurately selecting replenishment timing.By implementing these strategies,long-distance runners can optimize physical performance,prevent sports injuries,and lay a solid foundation for high-level competition.
