食品安全检测是评估食品质量状况,保障食品质量安全和消费者身体健康的有效手段.在食品安全检测环节,检测技术的应用是否科学、规范,会直接影响到食品安全检测结果的准确性,因此规范应用食品安全检测技术意义重大.本文概述食品安全检测的必要性,探讨食品安全检测技术及其应用要点.
Abstract
Food safety inspection is an effective means to evaluate food quality and ensure food quality safety and consumer health.In the food safety testing process,whether the application of detection technology is scientific and standardized will directly affect the accuracy of food safety testing results,so the standardized application of food safety testing technology is of great significance.This paper summarizes the necessity of food safety testing,discusses the technology of food safety testing and its application points.
