摘要

随着工业化进程的加速,食品中的重金属污染已成为全球关注的食品安全问题之一.传统的重金属检测方法存在检测周期长、操作复杂等缺点,已不能满足快速检测的要求.本文针对食品中重金属快速检测技术进行了探索和研究,评估各种方法的检测性能,并概括各种方法的实际应用案例,为食品中重金属污染的快速检测提供技术支持,并为进一步创新食品中重金属快速检测技术提供依据.

Abstract

With the acceleration of industrialization process,heavy metal pollution in food has become one of the food safety issues of global concern.Traditional heavy metal detection methods have disadvantages such as long detection cycle and complex operation,which can not meet the requirements of rapid detection.This paper explores and researches the rapid detection technology of heavy metals in food,evaluates the detection performance of various methods,and summarizes the practical application cases of various methods,so as to provide technical support for the rapid detection of heavy metal pollution in food,and provide a basis for further innovation of rapid detection technology of heavy metals in food.
