Study on Consumers'Rational Purchasing Strategies in a Food Price Fluctuation Environment
This article analyzes the difficulties faced by consumers in rational purchasing under the environment of frequent fluctuations in food prices,focusing on the interference of price fluctuations on consumer purchasing decisions,asymmetric food price information,insufficient consumer price risk awareness,and declining purchasing power.To guide consumers to make rational purchases,countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed to build a price decision-making assistance system,improve the transparency mechanism of price information,carry out price risk education.
