Application of Rapid Detection of Microorganisms in the Quality and Safety Inspection of Agricultural Products and Food
In recent years,there have been frequent incidents of agricultural food safety accidents in China,and microbial contamination has become one of the main hidden dangers of agricultural food safety.Microbial rapid detection technology is playing an increasingly important role in agricultural food safety testing due to its advantages such as fast detection speed,high sensitivity,and strong specificity.This article briefly introduces several main microbial rapid detection technologies such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,nucleic acid probes,and biosensors,and explores their applications in microbial detection of agricultural products such as vegetables,fruits,livestock and poultry meat products,and aquatic products.
