摘要
本文围绕即食性益生菌固体饮料制剂的应用现状展开探讨,分析了益生菌活性保持、与基质兼容性不佳以及剂量控制精准度不足等问题.同时针对这些问题,提出了优化益生菌包埋技术、筛选匹配益生菌菌株与基质、建立益生菌剂量精准控制方法等策略.通过材料-工艺协同创新、菌株-基质适配性评价以及混合过程精准调控,可提升即食性益生菌固体饮料制剂的品质与功效.
Abstract
This article explores the current application status of ready to eat probiotic solid beverage formulations,analyzing issues such as maintaining probiotic activity,poor compatibility with substrates,and insufficient precision in dose control.In response to these issues,application strategies such as optimizing probiotic embedding technology,screening and matching probiotic strains and substrates,and establishing precise control methods for probiotic dosage have been proposed.The quality and efficacy of ready to eat probiotic solid beverage formulations can be improved through collaborative innovation of materials and processes,evaluation of strain substrate compatibility,and precise control of the mixing process.
