摘要

近年来,预制菜产业快速崛起,并持续保持高速增长.同时,预制菜的质量安全问题也愈加受到人们的重视.本文就预制菜中化学性污染这一重要危害因素开展风险分析,并提出了切实可行的防控措施,以期为预制菜产业新质生产力高质量发展提供助力.

Abstract

In recent years,the prefabricated dishes industry has risen rapidly and continues to maintain rapid growth.At the same time,the quality and safety of prefabricated dishes have also attracted more and more attention.This paper carried out risk analysis on chemical contamination,an important hazard factor in prefabricated dishes,and put forward feasible prevention and control measures,in order to provide support for the high-quality development of new quality productive forces in prefabricated dishes industry.
