Research on the Current Status and Risk Control of Quality and Safety of Fruit Products
Based on the provincial-level food safety supervision and sampling data published in Hubei province in the past three years,this paper analyzes the changes in the unqualified rate of fruit products,the types of unqualified fruit products and unqualified items.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of food safety issues in fruit products,and proposes quality control measures for fruit products,the purpose is to provide a reference for food quality and safety control for fruit products manufacturers.
