摘要

随着时代的发展和人们对健康重视程度的提升,越来越多人关注食品安全问题.市场经济环境下,食品供应链的发展速度不断加快,以食品供应链为基础开展食品安全问题管理工作显得尤为重要.食品供应链管理涉及食品生产、加工、运输、销售等各个环节,因此应当结合市场环境变化,准确把握食品供应链管理核心价值,完善管理机制,做好各环节的实时监控,以保证食品安全问题得到有效解决.

Abstract

With the development of the times and people's increasing emphasis on health,more and more people are paying attention to food safety issues.Under the market economy environment,the development speed of food supply chain is accelerating,and it is particularly important to carry out food safety management work based on the food supply chain.Food supply chain management involves all aspects of food production,processing,transportation,and sales.Therefore,it should be combined with changes in the market environment,accurately grasp the core value of food supply chain management,improve the management mechanism,and conduct real-time monitoring of all links to ensure that food safety issues are effectively resolved.
