Research on the Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Food Safety and Public Health Supervision
In recent years,with the rapid development of the social economy,people's quality of life has been further improved,and food safety and public health issues have received widespread attention from all sectors of society.China has made significant adjustments and reforms to the food safety regulatory system,but often faces multiple difficulties in regulatory practice.This article starts with the current situation of food safety and public health,analyzes the existing problems,and proposes effective countermeasures from five aspects:improving food safety supervision laws and regulations,clarifying food safety supervision responsibilities,improving the professional competence of law enforcement personnel,strengthening consumer awareness of food safety,and improving food safety testing and inspection capabilities to ensure food safety.
