摘要
重金属污染是一种全球性现象,其不仅危害着生态环境,还对人们的健康构成威胁.本文综述了近年来国内食品中的重金属污染状况,探讨其在食品中的分布特征,为今后开展食品中重金属的暴露及风险评估研究提供参考.
Abstract
Heavy metal pollution is a global phenomenon,which damages the ecological environment and poses a serious threat to human health.This paper summarizes the contamination status of heavy metals in domestic food in recent years and discusses the distribution characteristics of heavy metals in food,so as to provide reference for the exposure and risk assessment of heavy metals in food in the future.
