Abstract
In order to ensure the health and safety of prepared dishes,it is of great significance to do a good job in food quality and safety inspection.This paper summarizes the present situation of prepared food safety,analyzes the detection method of prepared food,and probes into the quality and safety management countermeasures of prepared food.
