Exploration of Safety and Compliance Issues in the Use of Food Additives
With the rapid growth of the national economy,people's own living standards and diet structure have undergone great changes.Food additives can better enrich the taste and color of food,extend the shelf life of food,etc.,but long-term consumption of food additives will cause greater harm to the human body.In this case,some enterprises need to control the dose of food additives and use food additives reasonably and lawfully under the premise of ensuring safety.Before the use of food additives,it is necessary to do a good job of examination and approval at various levels,and also to do a good job of supervision and management of the whole process,to better ensure the quality and safety of processed food,and to follow and comply with the corresponding laws and regulations.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the reasons for the unscientific use of food additives,and puts forward the safety and compliance measures for the use of food additives,in order to provide reference for some people.
