摘要
即食食品是一类可以直接食用的食品,所以对其微生物指标的要求较高.目前,我国对即食食品的微生物指标没有明确的定值.本文主要比较了英国、爱尔兰、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰关于即食食品的微生物限量标准,为我国即食食品微生物限量标准的制定提供参考依据.
Abstract
Ready-to-eat food is a kind of food that can be eaten directly,so it requires higher microbial indicators.At present,there is no definite value for the microbial index requirements of ready-to-eat food in China.This paper mainly compares the microbial limit standards of ready-to-eat food among the Britain,Ireland,Canada,Australia,New Zealand,and provides reference for the formulation of microbial limit standards of ready-to-eat food in China.
