Comparative Analysis of Microbial Limit of Ready-to-Eat Food
Ready-to-eat food is a kind of food that can be eaten directly,so it requires higher microbial indicators.At present,there is no definite value for the microbial index requirements of ready-to-eat food in China.This paper mainly compares the microbial limit standards of ready-to-eat food among the Britain,Ireland,Canada,Australia,New Zealand,and provides reference for the formulation of microbial limit standards of ready-to-eat food in China.
