常用植物油中棉籽油掺假鉴别研究

目的:建立气相色谱-质谱法鉴别植物油中掺假棉籽油.方法:样品经由氢氧化钠-甲醇溶液甲酯化,经离心过滤后由气相色谱-质谱法测定.结果:检出限和定量限分别为0.775 μg·g-1 和2.557 μg·g-1,回收率在 92.55%~94.67%;大豆油、葵花籽油、菜籽油、芝麻油的最低鉴别掺假比例为 3%(质量比),花生油最低鉴别掺假比例为 15%(质量比).结论:该方法快速、简便,适用于植物油中棉籽油掺假的鉴别.
Identification of Cottonseed Oil Adulteration in Common Vegetable Oil
Objective:To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for determination of vegetable oil adulterated with cottonseed oil.Method:The sample material was methylated with NaOH-methanol solution,centrifuged and filtrated.The final extract was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results:The limits of detection and quantification were 0.775 μg·g-1 and 2.557 μg·g-1,respectively,and the recoveries were 92.55%~94.67%.The lowest identification adulteration rate of soybean oil,sunflower oil,rapeseed oil and sesame oil was 3%,and that of peanut oil was 15%.Conclusion:The method is fast and easy to operate,and is suitable for identifying adulteration of cottonseed oil in vegetable oil.
