Determination of Residual Levels of Amitraz and Its Metabolites in Tea by GC/MS Method
Objective:To establish a GC/MS method for the determination of amitraz and its metabolites in tea.Method:Amitraz was completely hydrolyzed to 2,4-dimethylaniline under acidic conditions, extracted with a mixed solution of n-hexane-ether,purified by acid and lye,and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Result:The linear relationship of 2,4-dimethylaniline in the range of 0.02~1.00 μg·mL-1 was good, the correlation coefficient(R2)was 0.9980,the recoveries were 81.7%~86.9%,the relative standard deviation was 1.33%~2.45%,and the limit of quantization was 0.01 mg·kg-1.Conclusion:The method is simple, easy to operate and easy to popularize. It is suitable for the determination of amitraz and metabolites in tea,and can provide effective technical support for the supervision of amitraz and metabolites in tea.
