为了解百色市市售芒果中乙烯利农药残留情况及其对慢性膳食摄入风险的影响,采用气相色谱法对市售 105 份芒果进行乙烯利残留测定,并按照膳食暴露评估体系对芒果中乙烯利残留进行风险评估,计算芒果中乙烯利农药残留对不同人群的慢性膳食摄入风险.结果表明,105批芒果中有22批检出乙烯利残留,检出率为 20.95%.按照《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763-2021)进行判定,检出的乙烯利残留量均低于限量要求.不同人群的慢性摄入风险为0.17%~0.61%,表明百色市市售芒果中乙烯利农药的慢性摄入风险在可接受范围.
Analysis of Ethephon Residues in Mango of Baise
In order to understand the ethephon pesticide residues in commercial mangoes in Baise and its impact on the risk of chronic dietary intake,ethephon residues were determined in 105 mangoes on the market by gas chromatography,and the risk assessment of ethephon residues in mangoes was carried out according to the dietary exposure assessment system,and the risk of ethephon pesticide residues in mangoes on different populations was calculated.The results showed that ethephon residue was detected in 22 of the 105 batches of mango,with a detection rate of 20.95%.According to GB 2763-2021,the detected ethephon content is lower than the limit requirement.The chronic ingestion risk of different populations was 0.17%~0.61%,indicating that the chronic ingestion risk of ethephon pesticides in Baise commercially available mango was within the acceptable range.
