Study on the Determination of Residual Amantadine in Eggs by Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish an analytical method for the determination of rimantadine residue in eggs by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and to provide technical support for the detection of egg food safety.Method:The residue of rimantadine in eggs was determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Result:The linear relationship of rimantadine was good at the mass concentration of 1~20 ng·mL-1,the correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the recovery was 84.3%~91.6%,and the limit of quantitation was 1 μg·kg-1.Conclusion:The method has good detection effect and can be applied to the actual monitoring of rimantadine content in eggs.
